About Superlist: the to-do/note-taking app that I both love and hate
Today we’re diving into an app that has completely transformed the way I plan, take notes, and organise my life — but it has also put me through several stages of grief.

Today’s we’re staying on the iPad, and staying practical. I’m comparing Tiimo and Structured, two timeline planners that both promise the same thing:
Fantastic human, hello! Today we’re looking at Tiimo, the planner that won the App Store’s iPhone App of the Year award.
We recently reviewed TickTick, and the to-do app stood out as a potential Apple Reminders replacement. So we had to compare the two apps, to see which app is better, and for who.
TickTick is one of the most capable to-do apps on the market. With excellent organisation and an intuitive user interface, keeping your tasks organised is a walk through the park
For me personally, it’s not convincing enough to leave Apple Reminders, though.
The goal is keep trying and to improve yourself to become unfazed by all kinds of distractions.
We love how Structured gives us a clear visual presentation of our daily schedule. Aside from having an excellent AI assistant, it seamlessly integrates data from Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders. Y
We don’t really like the idea that Fantastical is just a platform that collects so much information from too many of our calendars and to-do apps.
Apple Calendar is a free Get Things Done app by Apple. It’s available on macOS, iPadOS, iOS and watchOS. It also has a decent web version that you can access on Windows and Android.
