GoodNotes 5 For Mac Is Now Available

GoodNotes 5 for iPadOS/iOS was released on the 15th of January 2019. A good nine months later, we are now receiving the Mac version of the app. It has been a long and painful wait.

GoodNotes 5 for Mac is not a free update for older users, like the iOS GoodNotes 5. After nine months of hard work, I think we can appreciate why this had to be this way. We are also grateful that the GoodNotes team hasn’t gone subscription mode on us, like some developers have chosen to.

A one time purchase fee of $7.99 is a fair price to pay.

GoodNotes 5 will only be available for macOS Catalina (and naturally later versions). Unfortunately the developers can’t make it available for earlier macOS versions.
