In 2024, we started creating courses for different apps, and we are going to continue building that course database. I am doing this video to help anyone who might want to sign up for them to clarify a few things.
YouTube
You can enrol for our paid courses on our second YouTube channel: Paperless Humans. That signup is much simpler and more straightforward. For just $7.99/month, you can access all the paid courses for a month. Most of our students sign up, learn as much as they can, and then discontinue the program. Another way to access our courses is via Patreon.
Website
This one is the tricky one for us, and the main reason I am doing this video. Your Patreon account gives you access to the paid courses and user guides that we have on our website. When you join Patreon, you have to go to the website and log in via Patreon to access the content. The problem we have with this, though, is that we have to manually activate your account when you have attempted to log in the first time. Depending on a few factors, it can take up to 24 hours for one of our team members to do that. Mostly, it’s an issue of different time zones.
So when you have signed up for Patreon, please allow a day before you can start using your account if you’re having trouble accessing the content. Message us (on Patreon) to let us know you don’t have access because not everyone is affected. Our team will only know about this when you tell us. For $5/month or $50 a year, you can access our growing database of app courses.
Udemy
If you hate subscribing to things, we have some of the courses on Udemy for a one-time purchase. Not all of them will be available on Udemy, starting with MarginNote. Yeah, MarginNote 4 won’t be available on Udemy. Udemy courses are also slower to roll out because we can only publish a course when it is finished, meaning you might have to wait a few months to get the course.
